City Life Church started in 1995, when pastors Erald & Mathilde took over a church. By that time, the church was about 45 people. It became Sion Church. The church started outgrowing different venues, up until the point that we were able to buy our own building! In January 2010, we changed our name to City Life Church, and we also adopted a daughter church in the city of Den Helder.

The Lord has in a miraculous way foreseen in a great building for all activities. It is clearly visible in the area and very close to public transport. Inside, we're having a huge renovation and it is becoming a very modern building, meeting our highest standards of quality. (For more information about our church building, click here.)

During the year, we give courses and trainings, for example the well known Alpha Course. Also Healing Rooms regularly organises courses and training days.

City Life Church looks at Hillsong as a great example of how to do church. We play a lot of Hillsong music in the services and we regularly have speakers from Hillsong Sydney and Hillsong London.
